Ferranti Power spent three decades on delivery. Ferranti Group is what we built once clients started asking us to weigh in before delivery even began.
Ferranti Power began as a trading and EPC firm — local understanding, OEM relationships and hands-on execution across power, sugar, chemical, cement and steel projects, primarily out of New Delhi, Chicago and Perth.
Over three decades, our engineers kept getting pulled into an earlier conversation: not "who builds this," but "should this be built this way at all." Feasibility questions, technical due diligence for lenders, plant audits after a competitor's build went wrong. That work needed to stand apart from any contract we might later win — so we built a separate division for it, rather than folding it into the same commercial relationship.
Ferranti Group is the holding structure that makes that separation real: two divisions, two mandates, one technical standard.
EPC, procurement and after-sales services for electro-mechanical projects — the original business, now the group's delivery arm.
Independent engineering consultation — feasibility, FEED, owner's engineer, audits and due diligence — engaged with or without Ferranti Power on the delivery side.
To be the group a client can bring in at any point of an asset's life — study, design, build, or operate — and get the same judgment every time, regardless of which division signs the contract.
Ferranti Consulting's technical opinions aren't shaped by whether Ferranti Power wins the resulting contract.
Every study is written by people who have also stood on a construction site and lived with the consequences of a design.
Strong relationships with switchgear, motor, drive and transformer OEMs — without being captive to any single one.
Eleven-plus countries of active project experience, run through people who understand local codes and suppliers.
Each division has its own services, sectors and delivery track record.
